As part of the launch of new tailor-made long-term leases, Porto Montenegro attended the marine industry's annual series of September boat shows.
To kick-off the season the PM team head to the Cannes Boat Show (10th – 15th September) where a record audience of 45,000 people descended on The Palais. For 5 days an international audience, made up of visitors, exhibitors and media, explored the 580 boats that were on display – 150 of which were world premieres!
Next was the PSP Southampton Boat Show, from the 13th to 22nd September. Despite weather conditions being a stark contrast from the sunny South of France the show generated serious interest from the 12 to 20m yacht market. Known for its exceptional offering of equipment for water sports and boating supplies, visitors also had the opportunity to explore nearly 2km of pontoons filled with hundreds of boats.
Finally the team travelled to Monaco Yacht Show (25th to 29th September), the most famous event in the boating calendar. Held at the marina Port Hercule, the event gathered an elite collection of shipyards, brokers, industry suppliers and yachts up to 90m. With growing demand on exhibitor space in the marina, the MYS have already announced there will be an additional 15 berths for megayachts up to 120m at next year’s show.
Porto Montenegro will be next attending the London Boat show 4th – 12th January and Dusseldorf 18th – 26th January.
