MARKETING Manager (Marina & Communications focus)

To manage and deliver sales oriented marketing, events and communications across international consumer and B2B markets. While the majority of the role is oriented around supporting marina sales, additional projects also include residential and destination marketing activities as well as managing all English language content and communications. 


  • Develop and manage the marina marketing strategy
  • Deliver marina oriented strategic partnerships and events
  • Implement international yacht and property shows
  • Create multi-platform marina and residential campaigns
  • Produce regular analytical reports on marina marketing activities
  • Manage content of all sales and English language collateral
  • Onsite marina and PMYC event development
  • Manage Crew Club, PMYC and marina client communications
  • Write content for newsletters, direct email, PR, websites, social media, Apps and other adhoc projects
  • Support the marketing and wider PM team with English language communications


University degree in humanities, English literature, History or Marketing with further studies in Marketing, e.g. MA or CIM certificates


  • 4-6 years of relevant industry experience working in the international luxury or marina marketing sectors
  • Strong understanding of the marketing mix and how it relates to the marina/ industry in particular
  • Strong copy writing and content creation skills in English
  • Proven event management experience
  • An understanding of digital marketing and social media channels

  • Functioning of the BMS (Building Management System) and EMS (Energy Management System) in all facilities in the Porto Montenegro
  • Calculation of costs of energy consumed based on consumption measured by energy meters
  • Preparing the data required for financial service in order to invoice consumers
  • Improvement of the existing BMS and EMS systems and integration of all future facilities in these systems
  • Assisting the Construction Department in defining design solutions of supervisory systems for future facilities
  • Assisting the Construction Department at electrical work such as equipping of facilities, construction of facilities, site preparation etc.
  • Occasional coordination of the maintenance work of all power facilities and the associated medium and low voltage networks
  • Measurements of power quality, ground resistance, checking operation of protection
  • Manipulations of switching power stations on and off by order of Head Electrical Engineer or by the sole discretion in case of malfunction
  • Providing conditions for safe operation during works on medium- and low-voltage substations and associated cable networks
  • Passive standby duty with the obligation to respond to a call at any time and come to Porto Montenegro
  • Assisting electricians of the Facilities Management in maintenance and elimination of major failures
  • Training related to the BMS and EMS systems
  • Addressing power consumer complaints and preparing necessary background and analysis
  • Maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Performing related duties as assigned by Supervisor
  • Graduate Electrical Engineer - Department of automation or energetics
  • License for design and/or performing electrical work preferred


  • At least two years of experience in the maintenance, installation and/or testing of electrical installations of buildings as well as testing of surveillance systems of remote management and energy consumption
  • Knowledge of the functioning of the distribution systems and maintenance of electric power plants and networks
  • Knowledge of modern systems of remote monitoring and management (BMS) and system for monitoring of energy consumption (EMS)
  • Knowledge of building automation equipment by manufacturers 
  • Ability for independent decision-making and efficient operating in case of malfunction situations
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, Auto CAD)
  • Knowledge of English
