SALES FRONT DESK SUPERVISOR

MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB

  • Sales Front Desk is a first contact between the client and the Sales team.
  • Sales Reception offers high quality of sales information service to our clients and they are responsible for an excellent first impression as well as a representation of the PM project.
  • Sales Reception is the main point of information in the village for all our visitors and guests.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for all the duties of a Front Desk Supervisor even in the time of absence.
  • Supervising the preparation of the attendance report and sending them every month to HR and Superiors.
  • Supervising Sales office cleaners, working closely with them, organizing their holidays.
  • Responsible for client relations management (walk in/call in procedure).
  • Maintain calendar and organization.
  • In charge for sales office supply of all materials and liaising with suppliers.
  • Represented as main information point in the village as we are dealing with all kind of requests.
  • Assisting to all managers and directors from the reception.
  • Following up all events in Porto Montenegro so we can inform our managers about our client attendance.
  • Assisting to Sales administrators regarding Sales Force software inputs. 
  • Making sure Sales team is supplied with updated Marketing material. Ordering, taking care of stocks, displaying and printing Marketing material.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in area of tourism/ management/ marketing. 
  • Minimum experience of two years as a Front Desk Receptionist.
  • Preferred: Customer service professional certification.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • High level of customer service skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Fluent in other languages besides English is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and nonverbal and presentation skills.
  • Good team player.
  • Microsoft Office software skills, Sales Force software skills.
  • Skills such as using printer, fax, scanner and Internet.

Manager (Marina & Communications focus)

Job ref: Marina Marketing

MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB

To manage and deliver sales oriented marketing, events and communications across international consumer and B2B markets. While the majority of the role is oriented around supporting marina sales, additional projects also include residential and destination marketing activities as well as managing all English language content and communications. 

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage the marina marketing strategy
  • Deliver marina oriented strategic partnerships and events
  • Implement international yacht and property shows
  • Create multi-platform marina and residential campaigns
  • Produce regular analytical reports on marina marketing activities
  • Manage content of all sales and English language collateral
  • Onsite marina and PMYC event development
  • Manage Crew Club, PMYC and marina client communications
  • Write content for newsletters, direct email, PR, websites, social media, Apps and other adhoc projects
  • Support the marketing and wider PM team with English language communications

QUALIFICATIONS

University degree in humanities, English literature, History or Marketing with further studies in Marketing, e.g. MA or CIM certificates

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 4-6 years of relevant industry experience working in the international luxury or marina marketing sectors
  • Strong understanding of the marketing mix and how it relates to the marina/ industry in particular
  • Strong copy writing and content creation skills in English
  • Proven event management experience
  • An understanding of digital marketing and social media channels

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Job Ref: EL ENG

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Functioning of the BMS (Building Management System) and EMS (Energy Management System) in all facilities in the Porto Montenegro
  • Calculation of costs of energy consumed based on consumption measured by energy meters
  • Preparing the data required for financial service in order to invoice consumers
  • Improvement of the existing BMS and EMS systems and integration of all future facilities in these systems
  • Assisting the Construction Department in defining design solutions of supervisory systems for future facilities
  • Assisting the Construction Department at electrical work such as equipping of facilities, construction of facilities, site preparation etc.
  • Occasional coordination of the maintenance work of all power facilities and the associated medium and low voltage networks
  • Measurements of power quality, ground resistance, checking operation of protection
  • Manipulations of switching power stations on and off by order of Head Electrical Engineer or by the sole discretion in case of malfunction
  • Providing conditions for safe operation during works on medium- and low-voltage substations and associated cable networks
  • Passive standby duty with the obligation to respond to a call at any time and come to Porto Montenegro
  • Assisting electricians of the Facilities Management in maintenance and elimination of major failures
  • Training related to the BMS and EMS systems
  • Addressing power consumer complaints and preparing necessary background and analysis
  • Maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Performing related duties as assigned by Supervisor
  • Graduate Electrical Engineer - Department of automation or energetics
  • License for design and/or performing electrical work preferred

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • At least two years of experience in the maintenance, installation and/or testing of electrical installations of buildings as well as testing of surveillance systems of remote management and energy consumption
  • Knowledge of the functioning of the distribution systems and maintenance of electric power plants and networks
  • Knowledge of modern systems of remote monitoring and management (BMS) and system for monitoring of energy consumption (EMS)
  • Knowledge of building automation equipment by manufacturers 
  • Ability for independent decision-making and efficient operating in case of malfunction situations
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, Auto CAD)
  • Knowledge of English
