At the start of December, Adriatic Marinas and some of Tivat’s most celebrated photographers joined together to organize ‘Help Portrait’.
This charitable event helps those in need, and this year, it took place in front of restaurant One, in Porto Montenegro. Photographers developed professional photographic portraits of guests and the local community in return for donations to the charity.
‘Help Portrait’ is an international project, developed and initiated by American photographer Jeremy Cowart. Since 2009, more than 20.000 photographers from over 60 countries have taken part. As a result, nearly 300,000 portraits have been made.
Tivat is the only town in Montenegro to take part in this special event, and for the past four years, there has been an increase in both photographers and participants. All proceeds were donated to help local children with disabilities.
