Tino Zervudachi of design firm MHZ has designed interiors for some of the world’s most exclusive residences. From his offices in Paris and London he has created ultra high-end homes in Gstaad, Mykonos, Rio de Janeiro, Tokyo and in Porto Montenegro where he has defined its understated, elegant and nautical aesthetic.
MHZ's work on the interiors of the Regent Hotel & Residences makes generous use of sumptuous natural fabrics while classical detailing is present throughout, with a subtle yet ever-present nautical theme infused into the communal areas and residences to give an authentic sense of place.
The elegant five-story building was designed by ReardonSmith Architects of London. Drawing upon the Bay’s 400-year history as part of the Venetian Empire, the Renaissance-inspired design is recognisable for its ochre yellow facades, Italianate balconies and terracotta roofing.
