'Move Into Stillness’

Join us for a session focused on releasing your body and mind. Firstly, we will warm up with movement, continue with breath work and deep stretching, ending up with restorative postures and meditation. Top athletes use yoga to complement their training and improve their performance. Whether you actively train, or you haven’t moved your body for a while, join us to release your physical and mental obstacles and free up your highest potential.
Hands-on adjustments and incense oil massage will be applied.
Please, bring your own blanket.
