Spring has arrived at Porto Montenegro. As we begin the expansion of the marina our focus turns to the region's marine industry and how Montenegro is developing as a nautical hotspot in terms of tourism, and the services / facilities available to yachts. As Italy and Croatia face changing regulations and tax rates, we highlight the key implications on yacht owners and the benefits of berthing outside of the EU. We also explore the country's overall tourism strategy with particular interest on property developments and ease of access for international investors.
