Marina Director Awarded with Certificate of British Marina Federation

Porto Montenegro’s Marina Director, Mr. Tony Browne, recently received a certificate from the British Marina Federation as a Certified Marina Manager (CMM) at a ceremony that took place in London last week.

Collectively, CMMs represent the elite in the marina and recreational boating industry. They are the pinnacle in personal and professional excellence, striving to maintain the highest levels of ethical and moral conduct in their unwavering commitment to the marina industry.

Certified Marina Managers also have a deeply-rooted respect for the environment and recognize their role in keeping it safe for boaters and the communities that support them. They are marina professionals who have completed an extensive training and certification process through the globally recognized International Marina Institute (IMI) while embracing ongoing education and training for themselves and all those in the marina industry.

    Hollywood icon Dita Von Teese is the first celebrity visitor of the new Regent Porto Montenegro Hotel and Residences, which opened on August 1st. The ‘Queen of Burlesque’ attended the auction of her portrait by Milena Zevu, a famous multimedia artist from Belgrade. Organised by exclusive event agency The Duke, New York, the ‘Royal Cocktail’ auction was held in The Library Bar of Regent Porto Montenegro on August 2nd.
