THE DINING ROOM

An all-day dining option offering five-star cuisine courtesy of the Regent Hotel's Executive Chef and the creative culinary team. Dishes are predominantly inspired by the Mediterranean and Adriatic regions, alongside a few carefully chosen Asian specialities. There is also a selection of prime cuts of meat as well as seafood cooked on a charcoal grill. The concept is ‘elegant yet simple’, with a focus on the finest possible ingredients and natural, organic flavours. The restaurant accommodates up to 120 guests, with its 50 indoor and 70 outdoor seats, complete with a heated outdoor patio.

GOURMET CORNER

Located on the ground floor's south-east corner, this bakery café offers French and local pastries with a modern twist, fresh juices, a wide range of teas and views over Venice Square.

THE LIBRARY BAR 

This long, club-like space is finished in dark timber with a mix of leather and fabric furniture whilst the Regent Lounge offers a comfortable environment to relax with a selection of fine cigars and carefully chosen spirits from around the world.

THE POOL BAR

On the lavish pool deck provides a menu of refreshing Mediterranean light bites influenced with oriental flavours. The menu caters to all with a selection of fresh salads, array of small plates, artisan sandwiches and gourmet burgers.

THE ITALIAN GARDEN

Seafront venue, perfect for enjoying a freshly cooked meal or beverage prepared by the three aforementioned outlets.
