Fall Transition With Yoga

Fall is a beautiful metaphor for transition. As we move from one season to the next, from one place to another, or even one moment to the next. Slowing down, staying present and open us up to possibilities. Stretches and deep opening postures will relax your mind and muscles, and prepare you for a delicious guided meditation and Savasana…and of course hot Ginger tea.
