AC Milan and Siro launch first-ever Milan Junior Camp in Montenegro

A new chapter begins as Milan Junior Camp teams up with SIRO Boka Place to inspire the next generation.

AC Milan and SIRO, the Club’s Official Hotel Partner, are proud to announce the launch of the first-ever Milan Junior Camp in Montenegro, set to take place at SIRO Boka Place from 2 to 13 June 2025. This milestone initiative will bring the world-renowned AC Milan Method to 200 young players, marking a significant step in the Club’s global expansion and youth development efforts.

Powered by the support of SIRO Boka Place – a next-generation fitness and recovery hospitality concept located near the UNESCO World Heritage town of Kotor – this project represents a first-of-its-kind experience for the region. It offers a unique opportunity for children living in or visiting Montenegro to train like Rossoneri, under the guidance of certified AC Milan coaches.

Open to participants aged 6 to 16, each camp will run for five days across the two-week programme. Young players will receive official AC Milan kits and train just steps away from SIRO Boka Place. The facility is designed to support peak performance through personalised fitness, nutrition, recovery, sleep, and mindfulness programmes.

Blending technical football training with fun, age-appropriate activities, the Camp is fully aligned with SIRO’s holistic philosophy, promoting enjoyment, personal development, and well-being in a safe, inclusive environment.

Franco Baresi, Honorary Vice President of AC Milan, said: “AC Milan and SIRO share a deep commitment to enhancing performance and enjoyment in football and physical activity for all age groups. We are proud to collaborate on our first youth-focused initiative in Montenegro, dedicated to inspiring and developing the next generation.”

Niek van Woensel, General Manager at SIRO Boka Place, added:
“As AC Milan’s Official Hotel Partner, we are delighted to build on our partnership by bringing the inaugural Milan Junior Camp to SIRO’s first outpost in Europe at Kotor Bay. Activations such as these are essential for driving engagement in sports among younger generations, and it is a privilege to be at the forefront of that endeavour.”
