Currently under construction and set for completion in 2023, our brand-new, lively urban neighbourhood located at the entrance to Porto Montenegro, situated on the Adriatic Highway, will offer a plethora of retail outlets featuring our favourite brands, eateries serving a range of international and local fare, and year-round activities and entertainment for all the family.
Under the principal investment arm ICD (Investment Corporation of Dubai), Boka Place officially launched in November 2020, and despite a challenging year with Covid-19, we are proud to have achieved all of our construction milestones and are on track to complete in 2023. Alongside the launch of the revolutionary SIRO by Kerzner International – an immersive lifestyle experience, featuring 96 rooms, a rooftop bar, 20m pool, a high-performance fitness studio and health and wellness sanctuary – Boka Place will also be home to 45 new retailers across fashion and dining, and we are looking to lease further tenants.
This summer at Porto Montenegro, we have an exciting events programme across music, art and food and drink, from the Summer Sculpture Exhibition (15th June – 15th September) with artwork curated by BelAir Fine Art in partnership with Gayo Gallery, to the Made in New York Jazz Festival (3rd September), which will showcase international talent.
