MayaBay Charity Dinner

On 27th July Porto Montenegro was honored to host the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation for a highly successful Ocean Conservation Fundraising Dinner at the newly opened MayaBay restaurant, Regent Porto Montenegro. The evening marked a collaboration between Porto Montenegro and the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation focused on protecting the oceans and promoting sustainable yachting both locally in the Mediterranean and at a more global scale.

A glamorous crowd came out to support the event that was also generously sponsored by Njord by Bergman superyacht interior design.

Proceeds went towards helping the Foundation pursue its four-part mission of fighting climate change, encouraging the uptake of renewable energies, safeguarding biodiversity and managing water resources.

“We were delighted to be able to host this truly beautiful event at Maya Bay, Regent Porto Montenegro and to expand our already extensive and long-standing ESG program through new collaborative and enduring relationship with the ecologically centered Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation,“ David Margason, Managing Director of Adriatic Marinas, noted.

One of the world’s most celebrated classical guitarists, MILOŠ gave an exclusive performance for the invited guests. MILOŠ And Porto Montenegro also announced their long-term strategic partnership with the aim of supporting and mentoring the aspiring talent in a wide range of artistic sectors in the West Balkan region. Details of this collaboration, forming and integral part of SYNCHRO YARDS district development, Porto Montenegro’s new events, entertainment and creative industries hub, will be announced in the coming weeks.
