Our Team: David Leverett, Boka Place’s Project Director

David Leverett is heading up the team responsible for making Boka Place, Porto Montenegro’s new urban enclave a reality.  David has more than 35 years’ experience delivering exceptional residential, retail and mixed-use projects internationally across Poland, UK, Australia, Egypt and Kazakhstan.

“Community is at the heart of the design of Boka Place, with its beautifully landscaped external spaces, easy public access, a retail mall, as well as restaurants cafes and bars – there will be something for everyone. It will complement the current Porto Montenegro development, as well as reinforcing Tivat’s status as a key destination on Montenegro’s Adriatic coast.”

After a challenging start to the year due to exceptionally heavy rain, some of Boka Place’s building infrastructure has been delayed, but now that the excavation of the two-level basement is completed, we are now progressing with the basement structure. Tower cranes have risen above the Tivat skyline and very soon we will see the skeleton of the various buildings emerging from above the site fencing.

We have a strong local team, with more than 150 employees on site, and many more working to supply materials and services to Porto Montenegro from the region and beyond.  The project continues to gather pace, click HERE to discover how Boka Place is progressing.
